Dirty Angels 2024 Review

Director Martin Campbell and actress Eva Green worked together in 2006’s Casino Royale, reviving the world of James Bond with new star Daniel Craig. They team up again for Dirty Angels 2024, where Green goes from damsel in distress to fierce warrior. She plays a distressed American soldier who leads a team on a rescue mission in Pakistan and gets a chance for revenge. Stream this movie on Flixhd Movie.

Green is not the first actress to spring to mind when thinking of military solo roles, but she’s miscast here, struggling to project a steady accent and some kind of anger in a film that needs a bit of on-screen authority. Dirty Angels 2024 (oddly titled) is not a revenge story, and Campbell’s work lacks any personality. He directs a run-of-the-mill action movie that, although it has some aggressive scenes, remains largely in plot mode, making it more boring than exciting.

In 2021, Jake (Eva Green) is captured by Islamic forces led by Amir (George Iskandar) after refusing to take part in a brutal act. Jake is rescued from a dirty operation that leaves only men out when he is about to be stoned to death. In 2024, Jake is caught up in an operation led by Travis (Christopher Backus), who is organizing a mission to rescue a serial young woman kidnapped from a girls’ school in Pakistan by Amir’s forces. Travis recognizes Jake’s need for revenge and gives her a black ops team that includes Medic (Ruby Rose), Bomb (Maria Bakalova), Geek (JoJo T. Gibbs), Shooter (Emily Bruni) and Rocky (Rona Lee Simone). Along with drivers Malik (Reza Brojerdi) and Abbas (Aziz Chapkurt), the unit attempts to infiltrate the ISS and areas controlled by Taliban gangs, searching for weapons and ways to stop terrorism in the area, where they plan to arrive at Amir. He makes one of the prisoners his bride.

What’s immediately noticeable about Dirty Angels 2024 is its brutality. The material deals with real horrors in the Middle East, and Campbell tries to create nightmarish scenes, such as Jake’s stoning in Afghanistan, throughout the film. The film starts off a little convoluted, with Jake being rescued but angry that the helicopter pilot took her to escape certain doom and left everyone else to die. She claims she was a coward and tries to punish the soldier, but this semi-interesting subplot goes nowhere, as Jake is soon pulled away from his quest for justice to join Amir and Travis, who confides in him about the kidnapping. Dirty Angels 2024 depicts this harrowing situation in horrifying detail, with Islamic forces throwing teenage girls off buildings and shooting those who try to escape. That’s enough motivation for Jake to lead the rescue operation, soon joining forces with the A-Team of experts.
